These terms apply when you book and take lessons with MyIndonesian. By sending a booking request you agree to them.

1. Who we are

MyIndonesian is a business line of CV Asra Indonesia, a legally registered business in Indonesia.

2. Lessons

Lessons take place live online via Zoom. We send you the meeting link once your schedule is confirmed. Lesson content, materials and pace are adjusted to your goals.

3. Free trial class

Each new student can join one free 40-minute trial class. There is no obligation to continue after the trial.

4. Prices and payment

Private lesson: USD 15 per hour.
Small group lesson: USD 30 per 90-minute session, for a group of 3 learners. The group price requires 3 learners.

Prices are in US dollars with no hidden fees. Your booking is confirmed when payment for your chosen package is received. We send payment instructions after we agree a schedule.

5. Rescheduling and cancellation

Please let us know as early as possible if you need to change a lesson. The details of our rescheduling policy are shared when you book.

6. Learner conduct and materials

Please join lessons on time and treat your teacher and other learners with respect. Lesson materials are prepared for your personal use and may not be copied or shared commercially without our permission.

7. Our responsibility

We teach with care, but the speed at which you learn depends on your starting point and how much you practise, so we cannot guarantee a specific result. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law.

8. Your data

How we handle your personal data is explained in our privacy notice.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
